Northern Iowa’s Jacob Schwarm has earned the NCAA’s award for most falls for the 2019-20 season, accounting for 16 throughout the year.
The senior finished fourth at the 2020 Big 12 Championship and was slated as a No.17 seed at the NCAA Championship. The redshirt senior accounted for 52 falls over his five year career and finished in the top-10 nationally in pins for the second consecutive season.
The Big 12 had four other honorees finish in the top-20 in falls, claimed three of the most dominant wrestlers, and had a trio of wrestlers on the list for most technical falls.
