Utah claimed the Big 12 Conference’s first gymnastics regular-season title. The Red Rocks earned the title Friday after a 198.075-197.525 victory against Denver to go 6-0 during league play. Utah won the title in its first year as a member of the Conference.
With the addition of Arizona, Arizona State and Utah for the 2025 season, the Big 12 introduced a regular season schedule that featured all seven teams competing head-to-head in six dual meets. The three new members joined BYU, Iowa State, West Virginia and affiliate member Denver to the Big 12’s gymnastics lineup.
The 2025 Big 12 Gymnastics Championship will be held Saturday, March 22 at the Maverik Center in West Valley City, Utah. The first session is scheduled for Noon MT with the second session scheduled for 5 p.m. MT. Tickets are sold by session and can be purchased

Seedings for the Championship will be determined by NQS rankings following the conclusion of Big 12 play which ends Sunday, March 9. Big 12 programs will round out their regular season schedules Sunday, March 16.
