Head Coach Barry Collier
Opening Statement:
"Conference tournament time is always an exciting time for the teams. We are looking at this as a new part of the season and we are excited to be here."

On the rematch versus Missouri:
"Obviously both teams are familiar with each other so I don't think there is any particular advantage. I think with what is at stake, with the surviving mentality, that we'll both get after each other again."

On the state of his team:
"This time of the year and this type of tournament, you just try to win by one or more to go to the next night. At this point in the season it's even more detrimental to take our eyes off the immediate target."

Senior Guard Jason Dourisseau
On the rematch versus Missouri:
"It's still fresh on our minds (March 5 game). It was a tough game we played at their place. They made a run at the end. They are capable of going off at any time with Thomas Gardner. It is still fresh in our minds and we are looking forward to tomorrow."

Sophomore Center Aleks Maric
On the rematch versus Missouri:
"A one-point loss is tough to swallow, so we have to come out sharp. We split the Big 12 regular-season series, but like coach said, this is the first game of a new season. We have to come out strong."
