Followers of the Big 12 have another new and exciting way to track the conference and all its teams with the premiere broadcast of “The Big 12 Report” a weekly video magazine show that is available exclusively on the Conference web site at Big12Sports.com

Hosted by Big12Sports.com Correspondent Wendell Barnhouse, the show will be broadcast each week and focus on the schools and student-athletes throughout the Big 12.  In addition, the broadcasts will give fans a unique look into the workings of the Big 12 Conference itself, including television, bowl games, scheduling and more along with interviews with the Commissioner and other selected Big 12 staff.

The show is part of the launch of the site’s new video player, which displays all programs in a 16x9 or widescreen format along with the ability to show high-definition quality pictures.   The entire Big12Sports.com site is hosted in conjunction with NeuLion, a national leader on the web, providing support to some of the country’s top collegiate conferences and athletic departments.

The Big 12 Report will add to the already numerous video aspects of Big12Sports.com.  In addition to the show, viewers can watch conference-related video produced by its rights holder (ESPN/ABC, Inc.), including full game replays in football, basketball and other sports.  In addition to the network content provided, the league produces original video programs, including live on-site broadcasts from Big 12 Championships and Media Days.
