Scoring Story
In the three Big 12 games Saturday, there were 19 touchdowns scored on scrimmage plays that averaged 31.9 yards. Six rushing touchdowns averaged 22.5 yards and 13 passing touchdowns averaged 36.2 yards.

Of the 19 scoring drives, 13 needed less than two minutes and six needed less than 60 seconds.

Baylor (6-1, 3-1; idle; vs. vs. Kansas Saturday)
The Bears have won four consecutive games against the Jayhawks.

Iowa State (2-5, 0-4; idle; vs. Oklahoma Saturday)
The Cyclones are seeking their sixth victory over Oklahoma and their first since 1990.

Kansas (2-5, 0-4; idle; vs. at Baylor Saturday)
The Jayhawks are 4-9 against Baylor with their last victory coming in 2007.

Kansas State (6-1, 4-0; defeated Texas, 23-0; vs. Oklahoma State Saturday)
Freshman Elijah Lee had a sack and has 3.5 sacks this season to tie for second place in school history among all freshmen but first among true freshmen who did not redshirt

Redshirt freshman kicker Matthew McCrane made a career-high three field goals on three attempts. He kicked a career-best 38-yarder.

K-State has won 44 consecutive games when leading at halftime, the second-longest streak in the nation.

The last time K-State shutout a conference opponent was Nov. 8, 2003 at Iowa State (45-0) and was the first shutout of a conference opponent at home since Nov. 20, 1999 against Missouri (66-0).

The victory was the 500th in school history.

Oklahoma (5-2, 2-2; idle; at Iowa State Saturday)
The Sooners last lost three Big 12 games in 2009.

Oklahoma State (5-3, 3-2; lost to West Virginia, 34-10; at Kansas State Saturday)
Teddy Johnson's second-quarter touchdown catch was the first catch and touchdown of his career.

Jordan Sterns had a career-high 20 tackles. Since 1984, he's the sixth Oklahoma State player with at least 20 tackles in a game.

Wide receiver James Washington and tight end Blake Jarwin each made their first career starts. They are two of 19 players to earn their first career start this season.

Oklahoma State has scored one touchdown in the last 10 quarters and after going 58 consecutive games with at least 20 points, the Cowboys have scored a combined 19 in the last two games.

Oklahoma State is 4-3 in the last seven home games played against ranked opponents.

TCU (6-1, 3-1; defeated Texas Tech 82-27; at West Virginia Saturday)
Trevone Boykin set school record with seven touchdown passes plus had a career-high 433 yards passing.

The eight touchdown drives with Trevone Boykin at quarterback (seven passing TDs, one rushing TD) totaled 31 plays, covered 475 yards and 10:16 of clock time. The drives averaged 3.8 plays, 59.3 yards and 1:17 of clock time.

Jaden Oberkrom was 4-of-4 on field goals and is 13-of-17 on the season. He connected from 45, 43 and 47 yards and is third in Big 12 history for field-goal percentage (69.0) on attempts of at least 40 yards. Oberkrom is 10-of-10 on field goals in two home games against Texas Tech.

For the first time in its history, TCU had a 400-yard passer (Trevone Boykin, 418), two 100-yard rushers (Aaron Green, 105; Trevorris Johnson, 105) and a 100-yard receiver (Deante' Gray, 165). Last week, TCU had a 400-yard passer, 200-yard receiver and 100-yard rusher for the first time ever.

TCU set a single-game school record for scoring. The previous mark was 69 in a 69-0 win over New Mexico in 2011. The 82 points set a Big 12 record for points in a conference game.

For the fourth straight game, TCU set a single-game scoring record in its all-time series against an opponent (37, Oklahoma; 58, Baylor; 42, Oklahoma State; 68, Texas Tech 82).

Texas (3-5, 2-3; lost to Kansas State, 23-0; vs. at Texas Tech Saturday)
Defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway had five tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss and one sack. His five sacks lead the team.

Tight end Geoff Swaim had a career-high three receptions and his 18 receiving yards equaled a career high. His 14th consecutive start is the most on the offensive unit.

After averaging 497 total yards of offense over the last two games and 176.3 rushing in the last three, the Longhorns were held to a season-low 196 total yards, including 90 on the ground.

Texas was held scoreless for the first time since 2004 when they lost to Oklahoma, 12-0, a stretch of 132 games.

Texas Tech (3-5, 1-4; lost to TCU, 82-27; vs. Texas Saturday)
Sophomore quarterback Davis Webb has 15 games with multiple touchdown passes and at least one in the first 18 games of his career, extending his school record. He has thrown for 28 touchdowns over his last nine games dating back to last season.

Pete Robertson became the first Texas Tech player since 2003 to have quarterback sacks in five consecutive games.

Dylan Cantrell caught his first touchdown of the season late in the fourth quarter and became the 10th different Red Raider to catch a TD pass this season.

Texas Tech extended two streaks which are the longest currently in FBS – 36 consecutive games with at least 325 total yards and at least 250 passing yards.

Texas Tech allowed the most points in school history. The previous record was 66 points by both Oklahoma State and Baylor in 2011.

West Virginia (6-2, 4-1; defeated Oklahoma State, 34-10; vs. TCU Saturday)
Wendell Smallwood had a career-high 132 rushing yards, eclipsing his previous career-high of 123 set against Texas Tech earlier this season.

Clint Trickett's 79-yard first-quarter touchdown pass to Mario Alford was Trickett's longest completion of his career. It was also a career-long reception for Alford.

Dravon Henry had two interceptions, the first West Virginia to accomplish that since Oct. 29, 2011. He returned the second interception 52 yards for a touchdown.

West Virginia held Oklahoma State to just 2-of-15 on third downs and 1-of-5 on fourth down.

West Virginia has allowed only two teams to score on the opening drive of the game this season and has allowed only one touchdown on an opening drive.
