Baylor softball head coach Glenn Moore has been named the recipient of the 2020 Impact Award, as announced by One Dream Zero Distraction, LLC.

The selection was based off the impact Moore has had on the game of softball through the inspiration and impact he’s provided and had on his players while getting elite results. Entering his 20^th season at Baylor, Moore is 895-414 and has had a winning season in all but one of his 23 years as a collegiate softball head coach.
 
Moore is Baylor Athletics’ active all-time wins leader across all sports. During Moore’s tenure, the Lady Bears have received 17 CoSIDA Academic All-America honors, 16 National Fastpitch Coaches Associated All-America honors and 65 NFCA All-Region honors. In addition, Baylor players have earned 86 all-conference selections during his tenure, while numerous Lady Bears have earned academic all-conference honors.
