OU’s Robertson and ISU’s Donarski Garner Week 14 Recognition

Oklahoma’s Taylor Robertson earned Big 12 Women’s Basketball Player of the Week honors, while Iowa State’s Lexi Donarski collected her third consecutive Freshman of the Week award. A five-person media panel selects the honorees.

Robertson averaged 21.0 points per game and shot 52.0% (13-for-25) in OU's two wins last week. Robertson scored a season-high 28 points at TCU on 10-for-16 shooting, including six made 3-pointers. The junior also pulled down five rebounds and added three steals at TCU. In the overtime win at Texas, Robertson scored 14 points and connected on 6-of-6 from the free throw line.

Donarski tallied 18 points, hauled in three boards and dished two assists, as Iowa State earned its second ranked win of the season over No. 18 West Virginia. She went 6-of-14 from the floor and 4-of-8 from long range to help Iowa State to its 11th win in league action.

This is Robertson’s first award in 2020-21 and third career honor, while Donarski picked up her fifth accolade of the season.
