The Big 12 announced its first-ever regular season gymnastics schedule, as the 2025 season marks a new era for the Conference.  The addition of Arizona, Arizona State and Utah brings the league to seven programs, joining BYU, Iowa State, West Virginia and affiliate member Denver.

The eight-week schedule includes teams competing in six league meets starting Friday, Jan. 17 through Sunday, March 9, where a regular season champion will be named. Seeding for the 2025 Big 12 Championship, held on March 22, 2025, will be determined by each team’s NQS (National Qualifying Score).

Arizona State, BYU, Denver, and Utah ended the 2024 season with a top 25 NQS score. The four teams along with Arizona and Iowa State earned selections to regional berths of the 2024 NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championship while Utah placed third in the national final.

The 2025 gymnastics season officially begins Jan. 3.
