Arizona’s Gage DuBois (men’s diver) and Utah’s Kathryn Grant (women’s diver) were voted the Big 12 Divers of the Week for competition ending November 16.
DuBois delivered the top overall performance from a Big 12 male athlete at the Texas Diving Invitational. The senior from Phoenix, Arizona, placed fourth in the 3-meter event (374.10), seventh in the 1-meter (347.15) and eighth on platform (323.45). The meet consisted of four CSCAA-ranked teams in the men’s events, including No. 1 Texas, No. 7 Stanford, No. 18 Arizona and No. 25 Texas A&M. This marks DuBois’ second Conference weekly recognition of the 2025 season and the sixth of his career.
Grant was the only diver at the UT Diving Invitational to finish in the top five in all three women’s events, competing against nationally ranked programs including No. 2 Texas, No. 4 Stanford and No. 24 Texas A&M. The senior from Ontario, Canada, placed fourth on the 1-meter (288.15), fifth on the 3-meter (298.25) and fifth on platform (249.30). She tied for first with 43 individual points and has yet to finish lower than fifth in any event this season. This is Grant’s first Big 12 weekly honor of her career.
