Big 12 Softball TV Designations Announced for 2025 Season

ESPN and FOX have revealed their broadcast schedules for the 2025 softball season.

The Big 12 garnered seven linear TV selections between the two partners’ family of networks for games during the regular season.

The first matchup on this season’s TV lineup will be Wednesday, April 9 Oklahoma State as the home team at Devon Park, the home of the 2025 Phillips 66 Big 12 Softball Championship and the Women’s College World Series facing Oklahoma. The midweek game is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

The following week garners three selections with two contests on Friday, April 18 as ESPNU airs Oklahoma State at UCF at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT followed by FS1 broadcasting Texas Tech at Arizona at 7 p.m. CT/5 p.m. MST. The third game of the Wildcats’ home series against the Red Raiders on Saturday, April 19 is slated for 3:00 p.m. CT/1 p.m. MST on ESPNU.

The Cowgirls will host Texas for a midweek game Wednesday, April 23 at 7 p.m. CT on ESPNU.

BYU closes out its regular season schedule Saturday, May 3 hosting Texas Tech at 6 p.m. CT/5 p.m. MDT on ESPNU.

The 2025 Phillips 66 Big 12 Softball Championship finale will be broadcast Saturday, May 10 at 11 a.m. CT on ESPN.

Any additional broadcasts, including ESPN+ telecasts, will be announced individually by each school.
