TULSA, Okla. – The 2025 Big 12 Wrestling Championship will welcome 14 programs to the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma for two days of action, beginning on Saturday, March 8. Wrestlers will compete for Conference titles and berths in the NCAA Wrestling Championship in Philadelphia later this month. Big 12 champions will be crowned in ten different weight classes in addition to an overall team title.
Six different schools received top seeds with Iowa State, Northern Iowa and Oklahoma State all earning multiple top seeds. The Cyclones are the defending Big 12 team champions and have a pair of top seeds in Evan Frost at 133 pounds and Cody Chittum in the 157-pound division. Northern Iowa’s two top seeds include Parker Keckeisen who was the Conference’s champion at 184 pounds last year. The Cowboys earned three top seeds with Dean Hamiti (174 pounds), Luke Surber (197 pounds) and Wyatt Hendrickson (285 pounds).

Matches will begin at 10 a.m. CT on Saturday with the first two sessions of action. Sunday will begin with the third session at 12 p.m. CT before the Championship finals begin at 8 p.m. The first three sessions will be carried on ESPN+ with Mike Leslie and Hardell Moore announcing. The championship round will be broadcasted on ESPNU with Mike Couzens and Rock Harrison on the call.
Big 12 Wrestling is made up of 14 programs, which include full-time members Arizona State, Iowa State, Oklahoma State and West Virginia. The 10 affiliates for wrestling are Air Force, California Baptist, Missouri, Northern Colorado, Northern Iowa, North Dakota State, Oklahoma, South Dakota State, Utah Valley and Wyoming.
