Big 12 Conference Compliance
The Big 12 Conference is dedicated to upholding the principles for conduct of intercollegiate athletics, including compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and institutional control and responsibility. The primary function of the Conference compliance program is to assist our member institutions in maintaining institutional compliance with NCAA and Conference rules by providing educational resources and interpretive support. We serve our member institutions and its student-athletes by ensuring a commitment to student-athlete well-being and preserving the integrity of Division I collegiate athletics.
All supporters of the Conference and our member institutions have an obligation to perform due diligence in knowing the rules that pertain to you and the role that you play. In addition, all student-athletes and prospective student-athletes must comply with the appropriate minimum eligibility requirements of the NCAA and the Conference in order to be eligible for athletically related financial aid, practice, and competition. Please contact our member institutions' compliance staff or the Conference if you have questions pertaining to these rules.
