Brad Clements

Title: Senior Director - Competition and Events

Brad Clements was one of the first staff members hired by the Big 12. He joined the Conference as an assistant service bureau director and later held the positions of Director of Events and Assistant Commissioner of Events and Human Resources.  Clements also served as Assistant Commissioner for Meetings and Events.  

In the Fall of 2020, Clements transitioned to the position of Assistant Director - Championships & Special Events before being promoted to Associate Director - Competition, Special Events and Hospitality. In this role, he assisted with the staging of Big 12 championships and special events, along with NCAA Championship tournaments hosted by the Conference.

Clements was elevated to his current role of Senior Director - Competition and Events in 2024 after serving as Senior Director - Licensing and Events since 2023.
