Christina Monjarraz is a seasoned professional specializing in premium hospitality, event logistics, and executive support within the collegiate athletics industry. With nearly a decade at the Big 12 Conference, she has played a pivotal role in elevating partner and VIP experiences while streamlining marketing and sales operations.

She was promoted to Assistant Director of Marketing & Partnership Sales for the Conference in 2025. She directly supports the Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Sales, managing their calendars, travel, and expenses to ensure seamless operations. A key architect of high-end hospitality experiences, she oversees vendor negotiations, hotel accommodations, gifting, and event scheduling to create unforgettable moments for corporate partners and VIP clients. Additionally, she coordinates event talent, handles agreements and logistics, and contributes to sponsorship sales by assisting in outbound efforts and sales material development.

In her previous role as Administrative Assistant, Monjarraz became an expert in office management, financial coordination, and event planning.
