Senior Director - Communications
The Big 12 is searching for a Senior Director - Communications. This individual will be the day-to-day contact for Big 12 football, crafting and executing a robust media strategy to shape and grow the conference’s football narrative on and off the field. Additionally, this individual will assist the Vice President - Communications in all executive and strategic communications initiatives, as well as management and oversight of select communications staff.

Director – Football Operations & Competition
The Big 12 is searching for a high energy, results driven professional to assist in advancing Football and Olympic sports competition and event operations for the conference. The Director – Football Operations & Competition assists in all aspects of the Big 12 Conference’s football and competition operations. This role will report to the Chief Football & Competition Officer and work closely with the Vice President – Olympic Sports.

Human Resources Manager
The Big 12 is searching for candidates to provide comprehensive human resource management for the Conference office. This position will oversee the complete human resource function with emphasis on change management, benefits administration, recruitment and retention of talent, performance management, professional development, staff fulfillment, and more. The Human Resources Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources.

Assistant Director – Ticketing & Partnerships
The Big 12 is searching for an industry-leading and highly driven professional to further manage, develop, and increase ticket revenue streams for the conference. This role will work closely with the Senior Director – Ticketing & Partnerships to develop ticket operation efficiencies aimed at streamlining Big 12 Championship events. Your attention to detail and passion for ticketing will create new inventory and set the Big 12 up for sustained revenue growth.

Big 12 Campus Content Creator
The Big 12 is looking for independent contractors to serve as campus content creators (CCC) in each of the Big 12 markets to capture content for the Conference, its member institutions and other Conference stakeholders on a work-for-hire basis. This will be the inaugural season of the academic-year-long program and an opportunity to build your portfolio and experience in videography and photography with a focus on social media.
