Administrative Assistant and Office Manager - This position will report to the Executive Assistant and will provide high-level logistical support to the Commissioner and ensures the seamless daily operation of the Big 12 Conference office. This dual-function role, balancing complex travel and executive correspondence with the facility management of a premier sports organization.

Director of Men's Basketball - The Big 12 Conference seeks a highly organized and driven professional to serve as the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. Reporting to the Chief of Basketball Operations and working in close coordination with the Vice President of Women’s Basketball, this role is a key operational lead responsible for the management and execution of conference basketball initiatives.


Paralegal - This position will report to the General Counsel and serve as the primary coordinator for the Conference’s legal documentation and administrative processes—including, but not limited to, contract management, contract administration, litigation support, intellectual property filings, and governance records. Interested individuals will have an expansive knowledge of legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific understanding of contract lifecycle management software.

Senior Director - Brand Marketing - The Big 12 is seeking an industry-leading and highly driven professional with a proven track record as an effective marketer and successful brand builder. The Senior Director – Brand Marketing will oversee, develop, and deploy marketing initiatives and branding efforts across the conference. This role combines high-level strategy with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns, partnerships, licensing, merchandise, and tentpole events work together to elevate the Big 12 brand, captivate new and diverse audiences, and drive maximum revenue.
