Nicole Johnson

Title: Director – Partnership Management

Nicole Johnson was promoted to Director – Partnership Management for the Big 12 in 2025. She joined the league in August 2023 as Associate Director – Partnership Management. Johnson builds, executes and maintains strategic business partnerships that directly impact the Big 12's renewal and revenue goals. She also helps with the fulfillment of on and off-field/court promotions for the league's corporate partners. 

Before joining the Conference, Johnson spent two years working as a Client Services Manager at the Kansas City Chiefs where she operated as a business liaison for the NFL franchise, working with football teams, sponsors and suite holders. 

Johnson also served two years as a Suite Services Coordinator for the Chiefs where she excelled in a customer-centric role that focused on high-quality engagement with sponsors and suite holders while maximizing client investments. 

She graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Administration. Johnson also received her MBA from Mississippi.
