Sara Rossman

Title: Assistant Director – Partnership Solutions

Sara Rossman joined the Big 12 staff in 2025 as Assistant Director - Partnership Solutions. Her role focuses on creating strategic plans that align with the organization's goals, while managing relationships with existing sponsors to maximize engagement and satisfaction. Sara collaborates with the events and marketing teams for successful integration and promotion of sponsorship initiatives. 

Before joining the Conference, Rossman spent two and a half years with Learfield as TCU’s Partnership Services Coordinator. She was responsible for managing relationships, inventory tracking, and fulfillment for over 100 sponsors.

Prior to her role at Learfield, Sara was with the Allen Americans Professional Hockey Club. This experience involved engaging with sponsors to ensure contract fulfillment, game day and team operations, managing social media content and game day broadcasts. 

Rossman graduated from TCU in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and received her Master’s in Sports Management from the University of Indianapolis in 2021.
