Litzy Renteria

Title: Associate Director – Social Media

Litzy Renteria joined the Conference in June 2026 as Associate Director – Social Media after previously serving as the Assistant Director of Digital & Social Media at the Mountain West Conference. In her role, Renteria contributes to the Big 12’s social strategy, creative direction and digital services across all of its social media platforms to elevate the League’s brand.
 
Renteria has also spent time at Converse University in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the Charlotte Knights, the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago White Sox and the Colorado Eagles, an affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.

A native of Commerce City, Colorado, Renteria earned her bachelors degree from Colorado State after beginning her collegiate career at Limestone University in Gaffney, South Carolina.
