Alabama’s 1V8 picked up the Big 12 Boat of the Week award after claiming a pair of wins at the Big Ten Invitational.
 
The crew started the weekend with a finish of 6:27.568 to defeat No. 9 Tennessee, No. 15 Wisconsin and No. 17 Minnesota. The following day, the Crimson Tide crossed the line in 6:39.392 to again beat the Badgers along with Louisville and No. 16 Iowa. The 1V8 boat also registered a third place finish.
