Today, the Big 12 unveiled the league schedule for the first-ever Big 12 lacrosse season, taking place in spring 2025.

Arizona State, Cincinnati, Colorado, Florida, San Diego State and UC Davis will compete for the league title in the debut season. Each team will play a single round-robin consisting of five games starting March 28 through April 26.

The top four teams in the regular season standings will qualify for the 2025 Big 12 Lacrosse Championship held in Boulder, Colorado at Prentup Field. The single elimination Championship will have semifinals Thursday, May 1 and the final on Saturday, May 3. Times for both days will be announced at a later date.

The winner of the league’s postseason Championship will be an automatic qualifier for the 2025 NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championship.

In 2024, Florida advanced to the semifinals of the 2024 NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Championship while Cincinnati, Colorado and UC Davis finished 2024 with winning records.

All dates are subject to change while non-conference schedules and start times will be announced by each institution.
