Twelve players from Big 12 schools are represented on opening day rosters for the 2025 WNBA season. It is the fifth year in a row that at least 12 Conference players are rostered to begin the season.
Baylor leads league schools with six former BU players on rosters while Colorado, Iowa State, Oklahoma State, TCU, Utah and West Virginia each have one.
The overall group of 12 players includes 11 former all-conference first team members and seven league Players of the Year during their time in college.
