Arizona State's Ilya Kharun (men's swimmer), Mario Del Valle (men's diver), Nathan Muratory (men's newcomer), Saeren Brett (women's co-diver) and Alyssa Albertyn (women's newcomer) were joined by Iowa State’s Grace Swoboda (women's swimmer) and Katie Malm (women's co-diver) as the Big 12 swimming and diving weekly award winners.

Kharun swept his three individual events at the SMU Classic and added two more gold medals in relays. The senior won the 50-yard freestyle (18.72), 100-yard butterfly (44.39) and 200-yard butterfly (1:40.75), setting meet and pool records in both butterfly events. He also contributed to pool-record performances in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:15.44) and 200-yard medley relay (1:22.39). This is his 12th Big 12 weekly honor of his career and second one this year.

Swoboda broke two school records and three meet records at the Seminole Fall Classic, winning all three breaststroke events for Iowa State. The junior captured the 100-yard breaststroke in 59.56, breaking her own school record and recording the ninth-fastest nationally this season. She also established school and meet records in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:11.18). Swoboda rounded out her meet with a meet record in the 50-yard breaststroke (27.75), the seventh-fastest time nationally this season. It is the first Conference weekly award of her career.

Del Valle earned runner-up finishes in both diving events at the SMU Classic. The senior recorded 338.70 points on the 1-meter board and 364.20 points on the 3-meter board, improving his scores in both events from Arizona State's season opener against UNLV. It is his second Big 12 weekly award this season.

Brett earned a victory on the 3-meter board against Northern Arizona, posting an NCAA Zone qualifying score of 285.53. The freshman also finished second in the 1-meter competition with 259.35 points. It is her second consecutive Big 12 weekly honor.

Malm recorded two personal-best scores at the Seminole Fall Classic, finishing second on the 1-meter board (267.23) and third on the 3-meter board (254.93) against Florida State. The freshman's 1-meter performance marked her second score of the season above the NCAA Zone qualifying standard. It is her first weekly recognition of her career.

Muratory swept the backstroke events at the SMU Classic, winning the 100-yard backstroke in 46.12 and the 200-yard backstroke in a meet-record 1:39.77. The freshman's 200 backstroke performance moved him to eighth in Arizona State program history. He also helped the Sun Devils set pool records in the 400-yard medley relay (3:01.93) and 200-yard medley relay (1:22.39), recording splits of 45.68 and 21.74, respectively.
