Thirteen former Big 12 players are represented on opening-day rosters for the 2026 WNBA season. It marks the sixth consecutive year that at least 12 former Conference players have appeared on opening-day rosters.
Baylor leads all Big 12 schools with five former players in the league, while TCU has three and West Virginia has two. Iowa State, K-State and Oklahoma State each have one former player represented.
The list includes 12 former Conference annual award winners from their collegiate careers, including 2026 Big 12 Player of the Year Olivia Miles (TCU), who was selected No. 2 overall in the WNBA Draft by the Minnesota Lynx. Miles was the highest Big 12 draft selection since 2022.
