Irving, Texas - Stephen McGee (Texas A&M), Cornelius "Pig" Brown (Missouri), and Scott Webb (Kansas) have been named Big 12 Conference Players of the Week as selected by a media panel. McGee (offense) is named for the first time this season and second of his career (Oct. 9, 2006), Brown (defense) is honored for the second time this season, and Webb (special teams) is recognized for the second time in his career (Nov. 28, 2006).

Offensive Player of the Week
Stephen McGee, Jr, QB, Texas A&M (Burnet, Texas) Stephen McGee set a Texas A&M record for quarterbacks with 35 carries against Nebraska in the Aggies' 36-14 win. McGee rushed for a career-high 167 yards in the contest, as A&M ran for 359 yards against the Cornhuskers.

Defensive Player of the Week
Cornelius "Pig" Brown, Sr, SS, Missouri (Adel, Ga.) Pig Brown tallied a career-best 14 tackles, including 4.5 for loss, in Missouri's 41-10 victory over 22nd-ranked Texas Tech. Brown also registered an interception and had a pass deflection that was picked off and returned for a touchdown. Brown led a defensive effort that held Tech to a season-low 388 yards, nearly 200 below its season average coming into the contest.

Special Teams Player of the Week
Scott Webb, Sr, PK, Kansas (Tulsa, Okla.) Scott Webb booted a pair of field goals to help lift Kansas to a 19-14 victory at Colorado. Webb converted on kicks from 48 and 35 yards out as KU remained undefeated on the year and claimed consecutive road wins in the same season for the first time since 1995.
