Big 12 Men's Golfers Receive PING All-America Honors

The 2009 PING All-America Teams have been finalized, announced the Golf Coaches Association of America. Oklahoma State's Rickie Fowler and Morgan Hoffmann were the lone Big 12 golfers selected to receive first-team status, while Texas A&M, Colorado, Texas and Kansas State all had at least one student-athlete recognized.

The Aggies' Bronson Burgoon was tabbed on the second team, followed by the Cowboys' Trent Leon earning third-team accolades. Also making this year's honorable mention list included Pat Grady (Colorado), Lance Lopez (Texas), Conrad Shindler (Texas A&M), Robert Streb (Kansas State), Derek Tolan (Colorado) and Kevin Tway (Oklahoma State).
