Baylor Wins Big 12 Men's Golf Match Play Tournament

Baylor claimed the title of the Big 12 Men’s Golf Match Play Tournament for the second time in the three years of the event after winning the tiebreaker over Oklahoma State in the championship match at The Club at Houston Oaks in Hockley, Texas.
 
The No. 5 seed Bears and No. 7 seed Cowboys tied 3-3 in the final match with BU earning the tiebreaker with a 9-4 hole differential. Baylor also won the inaugural tournament in 2018. In the third place match, No. 1 seed Oklahoma edged No. 2 seed Texas 3-2-1.
 
Baylor (Pool A) and Oklahoma State (Pool B) finished at the top of their pools to advance to the final after two days of pool play. Oklahoma placed second in Pool A followed by TCU, Iowa State and West Virginia. Texas was second in Pool B ahead of Kansas and Texas Tech.
