AUSTIN, Texas – The Longhorns swept all five races to win their eighth consecutive Conference title at the 2023 Big 12 Rowing Championship on Lake Walter E. Long in Austin, Texas. The title gives Texas its 12
th victory in the last 14 years the event has been held.
UT finished with 98 points for the second consecutive year while Tennessee came in second place with silver medals in the Second Eight and First Four and bronze medals in the First Eight, Second Four and Third Eight. Alabama rounded out the top three with 73 points and two silver medals in the First Eight and Second Four. The remaining standings included 4. Oklahoma (48 points), 5. K-State (40), 6. Kansas (35) and 7. West Virginia (21). Full results can be found

Big 12 squads will learn their NCAA fate on Tuesday, May 16 at 5:30 p.m. CT in a selection show on 
NCAA.com. The NCAA Championship will be held May 26-28 at Camden County Boathouse in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Texas has won the last two National Championships.
The All-Big 12 Team is listed below and is selected based on Championship finish. Individual honors for Big 12 Rower, Newcomer and Coach of the Year will be announced Wednesday, May 17.
