IRVING, Texas – Missouri redshirt junior Cam Steed was voted Big 12 Wrestler of the Week by the Conference’s coaches after posting a dominant victory over No. 13 Brody Conley from West Virginia. Steed pinned the Mountaineers’ 174-pounder in 23 seconds as he helped propel the Tigers to a 26-13 win at No. 16 West Virginia.

Steed’s pin was his fourth of the season and the second in fewer than 30 seconds. For his career, the Collinsville, Oklahoma native has tallied seven pins in under a minute.

Missouri has won five of its last six matches, which includes four Big 12 victories. The Tigers will return to the mat on Thursday, Feb. 12 for a home match versus No. 18 Oklahoma before traveling to No. 4 Iowa State for its final Big 12 match on Sunday, Feb. 22.
