The 2026 Big 12 Equestrian Championship presented by Allstate is set to start Friday, March 27, as Oklahoma State will host the competition at the Pedigo-Hull Equestrian Center in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
All four Big 12 programs will compete in four events under the two Equestrian disciplines: Western (Horsemanship, Reining) and Jumping Seat (Flat, Fences).
All four programs finished the season ranked in the NCEA top 10 for the second consecutive year. Oklahoma State leads the way, ranked No. 6, while TCU and Fresno State follow at No. 7 and No. 8, respectively. Baylor rounds out the poll in the last spot at No. 10.
OSU earned its fourth Conference title last season as it defeated top-seeded TCU 11-8. The Cowgirls earned the top seed after posting a 4-2 league record and a 6-3 overall record. Oklahoma State will face No. 4 Baylor in the semifinals as they chase their fifth consecutive Big 12 Championship title.
Fresno State enters the Championship as the No. 2 seed for the first time since 2021 after finishing 3-3 in Conference play. The Bulldogs will face TCU in the semifinals after splitting the regular season matches. Fresno State will look to earn its first Big 12 title in program history.
TCU was tabbed as the No. 3 seed after posting a 7-5 season record. The Horned Frogs enter the semifinal round against the Bulldogs, looking to earn their first Conference title in program history.
Baylor earned the No. 4 seed after finishing the season with a 3-8 record and a 2-4 Conference record. The Bears will have their sights on dethroning OSU as they aim for their first Big 12 title since 2019.
The Championship will kick off with the semifinal round at 10 a.m. CT on Friday, with all teams competing throughout the day. On Saturday, the championship round will begin at 10 a.m. CT. Admission is free.
The broadcast will be available on both days of the Championship on ESPN+.
