IRVING, Texas – TCU’s duo of Elea Beutel and Kaitlyn Bradley were named Big 12 Beach Volleyball Pair of the Week, following a three-win performance at the Big 12 Preview in Fort Worth. Beutel and Bradley posted a 3-1 record on the No. 1 court, with wins over then-No. 11 Arizona State, then-No. 19 South Carolina and Boise State before a hard-fought loss against then-No. 5 Florida State.

In the pair’s first action together, they swept all three of their Conference foes in straight sets. Beutel’s and Bradley’s award is the first Big 12 weekly honor earned by TCU this season as the Horned Frogs look to defend their Conference and NCAA titles.

TCU returns to the sand for the Center of Effort Challenge in San Luis Obispo, California on Friday, April 10, which marks its final weekend event before the Big 12 Beach Volleyball Championship presented by Allstate, on the campus of the University of Arizona on April 23-24.
