Springtown, Texas- The Oklahoma State Cowgirls won the 2018 Big 12 Equestrian Championship with team wins over TCU and Baylor in the round robin-style tournament. Oklahoma State beat TCU by a score of 11-9 on Friday and Baylor 13-7 on Saturday to claim the title.
All four MOP awards for the weekend went to Cowgirl riders, as Abigail Brayman turned in superior performances in both Equitation over Fences and Equitation on the Flat, while Harley Huff and Danielle Cohen dominated Horsemanship and Reining, respectively. All three earned full team points in their disciplines on their way to undefeated records.
