A total of 384 student-athletes have earned recognition on the 2020 Academic All-Big 12 Track & Field Team.
A total of 152 make up the men’s team (107 first team and 45 second team), while 232 comprise the women’s squad (204 first team and 28 second team).
Oklahoma State paced the men’s teams with 23 honorees and the women’s side with 33.
Thirteen men’s honorees registered 4.00 grade point averages: Will Anderson (Baylor), Zach Timm (Iowa State), Ben Butler (Kansas), Parker McCafferty (K-State), Ethan Powell (K-State), Taylor Smith (K-State), Graham Santilli (Oklahoma), Max Braht (Oklahoma State), Jake Dyer (Oklahoma State), Mitchell Etter (Texas), Braden Darrow (Texas Tech), Steven Duran (Texas Tech) and Cole Whatley (Texas Tech).

First team members consist of those who have maintained a 3.20 or better GPA while the second team selections hold a 3.00 to 3.19 GPA.
To qualify, student-athletes must maintain a 3.00 GPA or higher either cumulative or the two previous semesters. Freshmen and transfers are not eligible in their first year of academic residence.
