Arizona State and UCF earned shares of the Big 12 women’s tennis regular season title for the 2026 season. The two programs finished with an 11-2 Conference record.
Arizona State finished the season at Utah with a 4-0 sweep capturing its ninth straight win, earning the program’s first Big 12 title since joining the league a season ago. UCF clinched a share of its second consecutive league title with a 4-2 road win against West Virginia to finish the season 18-3 overall with a perfect 9-0 record at home.
The Knights earned the top seed for the 2026 Big 12 Women’s Tennis Tournament presented by Allstate, for the first time in program history after joining the league in 2023-24, while the Sun Devils were tabbed as the No. 2 seed. UCF won the tiebreaker after defeating Arizona State 4-3 earlier in the season. TCU and Arizona received as the No. 3 and No. 4 seeds, respectively, after finishing 10-3 in Conference play. Kansas (9-4) earned the No. 5 seed after defeating Kansas State in a 4-0 sweep. Baylor garnered the sixth seed followed by Houston at No. 7, Utah at No. 8, BYU at No. 9 with Texas Tech rounding out the list at No. 10.
The tournament begins on April 15 with matches between No. 7 seed Houston against No. 10 seed Texas Tech and No. 8 seed Utah taking on No. 9 seed BYU at 10 a.m. ET.
