ORLANDO, Fla – Top seeded UCF and No. 2 seeded TCU advanced to the finals of the 2026 Big 12 Women’s Tennis Tournament presented by Allstate. The Knights defeated No. 4 Arizona 4-2, while the Horned Frogs dispatched No. 10 Texas Tech in a clean 4-0 sweep.

Arizona struck first claiming earning the doubles point. Maria Garcia and Josie Usereau put the Wildcats up with a 6-3 finish, while Martyna Ostrzygalo and Tanvi Narendran sealed the point with a 6-1 victory.
In singles, Garcia pushed the Wildcats lead with a 6-4, 6-2 win, putting Arizona up by two. Olivia Bergler (6-2, 6-4) and Marina Gatell (6-4, 6-3) battled back to put UCF on the board tying the match at 2-2. Lauren Seye gave the Knights their first lead of the match winning 6-3, 6-4, while Jantje Tilbuerger slammed the door on the Wildcats winning 6-4, 4-6, 6-1 sending UCF to the finals.

TCU jumped ahead, winning the doubles point. Raquel Caballero Chica and Jennifer Jackson posted a 6-3 victory while Cayetana Gay and Tomi Main clinched the point with a score of 6-4.
In singles, Cristina Ramos Sierra extended the Horned Frogs lead, winning 6-2, 6-4. Victoria Gomez O’Hayon won in straight sets with a score of 6-4, 7-5, while Jackson delivered her second point of the match in a 6-3, 0-6, 6-2 victory propelling TCU into the finals.
